TRUE LIFE CONVERSATION: PAST MEMORIES OF A JEALOUS EX LOVER

 

 

 

Here goes the memories of an ex-lover who I had total of 7 hours conservation about her past lover who is married to her best friend in the university.

This memories was written by her, and she gave me to post for her on my blog, after she read about “MY MEMORIE OF LOVE ” I posted here on my blog. She emailed me, I responded. We did a phone call for 3 hours the first day.

The second day she called  4 hours call on Whatsapp about her EX. Finally she asked  if she can write a memories about her ex-lover, so I can post for here. So I told her why not. I told her if she  is ready let her email me the memories about her ex-lover.

The next 3 days she emailed it to me. After taking time to read it. I was touched by her memories. I emailed her back telling her to cut it short because it was about 3 pages.

She replied back the next 2 days with  a page about the memories, she titled it : PAST MEMORIES OF A JEALOUS EX LOVER

Here is her memories about her ex guy, as she started in the E-mail messge she sent to me: 

“””Remember how I would always complain that my head was too big and I’ll crush you but you insisted you didn’t mind and I should place my head on yours?

Like when when you taught me how to  catwalk I still remember that technique you taught me. To place my leg at the front and my thigh should be close to each other…lol…..

I remember the first time I deleted you off and decided to cleanse you out of my system because you were overriding all my senses and I wasn’t used to that.

Somehow you dropped your pride and came looking for me, I remember me saying how I missed you and us holding hands.

I remember how when you asked about what made me so cold, I told you everything  and you just held me close and told me to let it out..

I still remember that day while walking back to your apartment that night suddenly you gave me your blue hood to keep myself warm.

How I kept it ever since and would always wear it even when I wasn’t cold.

I still have that hood  but I still  wear it.

Memories…
I had a lot of that with you.
My friends wouldn’t understand why I live with such memories for so long.

You taught me everything I think I know about being in a relationship.

You taught me to enjoy the little things which life give  me.

You taught me how music was almost equivalent to life.””””

      • yes..infact very often..
        we live in a world ,where people are constantly moving closer ang going away.
        its a world full of heartbreaks and heart fixes, and i myself have lost a lot of friends and loved ones over the years.
        can totally relate!

          I had such people. Some people were trying to console me that period. But i was different from them.

          My character and thinking shows that i really missed that love moment and memories i had about them.

  2. She is paying due homage to this man, who taught her well, despite the imperfections of their relationship. I hope you derived some lessons from your own time with her. Each one who comes to us imparts that which is useful.

    • Am speechless right now, dnt know what to say right now.

      When I first saw the comment,I have to read to the end. I knew it was going to be a good comment.

      Am the type who reads very inspiring comment on my post.

      For me am the type who engaged in such also. When I saw the message she sent to me on my email I didn’t waste my time in reading it instead I read it like a 5years old.

      You write and explaination are quite OK about me. Am just a simple blogger.

  6. We all know that “we can’t love others until we love ourself”.. according to me self love is the solutions to many problems….

      If you say self love is the solution. I still doubt it. Why do people marry. Why do you have interest in a particular something or being?
      Am not saying self love is not good. But extending of such love character around you may touch someone, at the end of the day you have memories to talk about.

      Using the WP as an example if i didn’t show that love to her or cared about her she will not be able to call me and tell me her problems.

      Personally,I still kick against self love idea totally.

          Yeah, the memories of love am talking about is a good one. And again not saying bad one.
          Good memories can’t cause pain except the person is dead.

          I know one cannot hold on to it for a long time. Having that memories show sign of belonging and feeling to that person.

  14. Relationships are the ultimate interaction between two people. Difficult to maintain as you must both give of yourselves totally moment by moment. To lose that love an ultimate loss.as you lose a part of yourself.Quite painful. It took a lot of courage for this young lady to share from her heart. May she not lose faith, but heal, learn, and in time move on.

  16. I can relate to what she was saying about still holding onto memories of a past love. There are good and bad memories that we all have…and at a certain point after we end a relationship with someone, if we are able to, we can stop seeing only the bad and start to see the good again.
    I know that I used to be very angry with my ex…but now I have a peace about it all. It hurts sometimes but I don’t like to hold onto those feelings. I just want to be free of the hurt and let someone else in again.

      • Well part of it was time…I grew up a little and I think that helped me get a different perspective on the whole situation. I just didn’t like being angry or sad every time I thought about my ex…so I learned to forgive over time. I think by forgiving I was able to appreciate the good memories we shared.

  17. I think your friend is passing through a genuine phase of acceptance and its beautiful because she is finally accepting that although it didn’t work out, she still gained some beautiful memories/experiences.
